Your driver will meet you at Marrakech Menara airport. He will then take you to your Riad in the heart of Marrakech.

Day 2
Marrakech - heritage version
Bahia Palace Marrakech
This morning is dedicated to discovering Marrakech’s prodigious heritage. Follow your English-speaking guide! He’ll lead you on a walking tour of extraordinary monuments and fascinating museums.
From the 11th century to the present day, the Almohad and Almoravid sultans have bequeathed an exceptional heritage to their ancient capital. During your visit, you’ll go from wonder to wonder. After the splendors of Arabo-Andalusian art, scenes of daily life imbued with poetry and age-old tradition transport you back to a time you thought was over. This is your chance to experience a day in the Middle Ages!
Your guide will first show you the spectacular Koutoubia Mosque, built in the 12th century. However, non-Muslims are not allowed inside. Observe its pure forms, inherited from Almohad art, and its splendid minaret from the esplanade where archaeologists unearthed Marrakech’s first palace.
You then explore the magnificent Bahia Palace, whose gardens transport you into an unimaginable enchantment. You’ll wander from tree-lined patios to apartments decorated with superb frescoes.
Once out of the Palais de la Bahia, follow your guide through the beautifully designed Tapestry and Weaving Museum, formerly the Musée Si Saïd. This museum showcases Morocco’s ancestral know-how.
Enjoy an afternoon stroll through the streets of the red city. Soak up the monumentality of its traditional architecture and daily life!

Marrakech - nature and relaxation

The red city is dotted with gardens, large and small, that lend their freshness to the city’s most beautiful monuments. Take in the wonders of the Majorelle Garden, the Bahia Palace or the Medina!
You’re in the land of the hammam, so make the most of it! If you like, spend an afternoon with your partner in one of Marrakech’s legendary hammams. The hammam tradition has its origins in the Roman thermal baths along the Mediterranean coast. However, it soon became one of the pillars of Islamic civilization, before being exported all over the world.

Day 4
Marrakech - Atlas escapade
Lourika-valley
You leave Marrakech for an hour’s drive to Ourika, where your mountain guide awaits you. Off the beaten track into the heart of the Atlas Mountains! This epic and wonderful hike along the Ourika valley takes you through exceptional landscapes. Lush green fields spread out at the foot of rocky hills, at the top of which you’ll see a number of traditional villages.
Have lunch with a local! He’s prepared a simple, delicious meal, typical of the region. Enjoy your mint tea and return to Marrakech by minibus!

You set off by 4X4 for a 30-kilometer drive to the mythical Agafay Desert. This rocky desert is dotted with white dunes, giving it the appearance of a Sahara-like sand desert.
In the heart of this arid desert, the Enchanted Oasis seems to have stepped out of a tale from the Arabian Nights. Feel its enchanting power to the full! Explore its enchanted corners and listen in on its marvellous flora and fauna!
Lost deep in the dunes, a few Berber villages keep alive the most ancient traditions and customs. They offer travelers a vision of another world and another philosophy of existence.
Your charming bivouac awaits you on a truly magical site. Make yourself comfortable and never hurry: here, time is of the essence! And in the evening, the cooks prepare a unique meal, camp-style. By candlelight, you’ll savor succulent, sophisticated dishes typical of Moroccan cuisine.

The Agafay desert is a site of marvellous splendour. Soak up its exceptional charm and discover it at your own pace.
Several options are available for you to choose from. A hot-air balloon ride takes you to new heights! You’ll enjoy exceptional panoramic views of the desert and the Atlas Mountains.
You can also take advantage of this exceptional setting for a relaxing massage. Or explore the desert on horseback or on foot, accompanied by a guide, and enjoy a picnic lunch in an unusual setting! Have dinner and spend the night in your tent!

A private transfer will take you to Marrakech. Stroll the colorful streets of one of the world’s most enchanting cities before your driver takes you to Marrakech Menara airport.
